When a user has a contact which was tracked in CRM and accidentally deletes it in Outlook – how do you get the contact backl into Outlook. I have done a test as follows – created a contact in CRM, synchronised it down to Outlook, deleted the contact in Outlook and removed it from the recycle bin in Outlook.
