4 out of 10 German manufacturers are considering to move their business abroad or limiting production in Germany due to high energy costs and crippling bureaucracy.
The new figures come from a survey made by the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce.

Croatia has announced that they are reintroducing compulsory military conscription for all men starting next year.
