@RepTedLieu Biden did not give Ukraine maximum support @tedlieu. Biden regularly refused to give or sell certain weapons systems to Ukraine and if he did, he restricted their use into Russia. So what changed for Democrats and you Ted? Oh Republicans are in charge. You hypocrite!
