@KarlP46671051 @Olena2708584917 @Mylovanov Yes, Ukraine’s 1990 Declaration of State Sovereignty expressed intent for permanent neutrality, though its 1996 Constitution did not explicitly include it. Neutrality was a policy until amended in 2019 for NATO/EU goals.

@NOTABLOODFKR @realannapaulina @X First of all, NATO didn’t ask for money to send to Ukraine. NATO is just an alliance. Ukraine is not in NATO. The individual countries, including Ukraine, weren’t asking us for money. They were asking for weapons. So no.
