@GeorgeSzamuely Well correct…but, it was more of they had “custody” of thousands of nuclear weapons. What came from the ashes for Russia was a very weak and corrupt military. Where as at the time Ukraine had like 700k personnel and a bunch of equipment. Meaning nobody wanted that fight.
