英文是 OCEAN BILL OF LADING，这是一种传统的放货方式，是指提单上经承运人、船长或其代理人签字盖章并注明签发日期的提单。 正本提单是货物所有权的凭证，提单上注明有 “Original”字样，也有承运人正式签字盖章并注明签发日期。 收货人可以提货， 提单可以背书转让，这是一个重要的单证。 流程： 发货人/托运人从货代处拿到正本提单，扫描给收货人，安排付款；托运人/收货人将整套提单通过快递邮寄给收货人，收货人凭正本提单换取提货单提货。 优点： ①方便买方即时提货， 简化手续。 ②放货的 风险较小，且没有额外的单证成本， 节省费用。 缺点： 不适合短途海运，容易导致进口交货延迟和额外滞期费。 因为需要等待背书原件的到达，文件的转移过程有时会导致接手人延迟获得货物所有权。
