Since Pixlr has patched my method (clearing the local storage cookie using the padlock menu) I have made a new method which requires using a bookmarklet. This method requires the use of a bookmarklet, to get the bookmarklet, go on https://bookmarkletsgo.github.io/ and find the one that says Clear Local Storage, then drag it to your bookmarks bar.

I know a lot of people are unhappy with the 4090’s coil whine and returning their GPUs. But it is actually very easy to manage. Just cap your framerate to a fixed framerate globally with Nvidia Control Panel, 99% of the coil whine will go away. (If you want to cap at your monitor’s highest refresh rate, just turn on Vsync globally).
