Tried logging in through Aidvantage and got in without issue. I’m pretty irritated that: (1) there was no explicit follow up from Aidvantage (which was promised) with account/login details, and (2) that when trying to login on the Navient site there was no message to the effect of, “this account has been transferred to Aidvantage”.

If the ups store scanned the label as a drop-off, the UPS center system would show the label being dropped off at the UPS store. It may not show a UPS driver picking it up, but it would show a drop-off scan. If the internal UPS system does not show a store drop-off, then the package was not scanned at the UPS store.
