We are considering increasing from 100/300/250 to 250/500/250 for our auto insurance liability limits and are wondering if this is overkill. The cost would be an additional $165 for 6 months. We’re both in our 20’s and just starting out in our careers. We currently rent and are planning to buy a house within the next year or 2. Should we make the change or leave the coverage as is?
