In 2009, as a promo for the upcoming Beatles Rock Band game, Vh1 started airing a bunch of programs celebrating the Beatles. Ukraine now has excess drones and 12 Brigades that can’t be armed due to a shortage of weapons (due to US slow walking) so they have some special services and military manpower they can use to cause havoc for Russia elsewhere in the world.
