NATO isn’t at war – (despite supplying weapons for Ukraine), Ukraine isn’t NATO. Being/ neutral, and remaining neutral in a war next to your border is the right approach for any reasonable upcoming Presidential-elect- unless NATO is directly attacked and article.5 takes place.
