Biden only released weapons for ukraine after long debates and then only in miniscule numbers. He had the chance to topple putin. And was weak.

The Budapest Memorandum provides for defense, it only means this:
A- The US is fighting and defending Ukraine
B- Give all the weapons that Ukraine asks for (without conditions)

Ukraine isn’t a terorist organization HTS is. Syria also is strategic for Hezbollah & Iran who is the biggest threat to Israel. Last time US didn’t take out the chemical weapons they were used on Syrian civilians.
