Just to continue storing them. Not only is it cheaper to ship it to Ukraine for their defense than it is to continue storing, testing and caring for all of that shit, it allows funds to be spent to modernize the force and makes room for new weapons and weapon types.

Why would sending weapons to Ukraine mean we don’t have money for hurricane relief? We do have it, have been sending money, and wanted to send far more money, but Republicans refused. There is zero culpability for democrats here, they TRIED, but you get what you vote for 🤷🏼♀️
