Yeah Chechnya is a part of Russia genius and they provide soldiers and weapons for the war so they are clearly a part of it and fair game for bombing. Ukraine never bombed or attacked Azerbaijan.

Bombing Chechnya, a part of Russian territory and a place that hosts military facilities and provides weapons and soldiers for the war in Ukraine completely falls under Ukraine defending itself. Russia should not allow civilian flights over air space with active air defence.
