Article 5 must be invoked by NATO. Putin is timing these cable destructions to coincide with Trump’s innauguration. Putin and Trump have plans for Trump to refuse to support NATO and Article 5. Putin will feel free to attack Finland . Ukraine will be weak with fewer weapons.

I don’t know where the 2 or 3 trillion dollars the Pentagon can’t account for went, but it wasn’t in weapons that are usable in Ukraine or Russia.
