Yes. Russia could stop killing, and start to remove its forces. But Putin does not want peace. Ukraine is fighting for its existence. There is no peace simply by Ukraine laying down weapons.

All that billions of tax payer’s money and NATO weapons just postpone the inevitable:Ukraine losing the war. To some people,this was obvious from the very beginning. The only thing that could help Ukraine is NATO joining the fight. But that won’t happen, for a myriad of reasons.
