The USA DoD used B&V to build BSL 3 bio labs in Ukraine over 12 years ago.
BSL 3 labs are actually BSL 4 weapons labs for USA DoD.

The weapons and ammo were already made and old. Ukraine isnt being sent a blank check or stuff made just for it. The most direct money being spent was the labor and fuel to ship it and the already approved budgets to restock expiring material.

At least some portion of the weapons the US sent to Ukraine got rerouted to Germantown niggas for use as New Year’s Eve fireworks. It sound like Putin sent the Koreans in outside.

It is totally BS, I agree! Our own people are still living in tents …… Ukraine decides to continue with the war and not only are we paying them money to keep going, weapons and supplies. Now we are paying for economic assistance as well???
