For example, let’s say you tax NYC, the taxpayers’ money from NYC goes to Ukraine military aid down in arms manufacturing towns in Texas and a few other states. It leads to more jobs ONLY in these towns/cities that make the weapons, that’s it. We’re funding our arms industry.

Well do you realize that direct taxpayer money from parts of the country go to the arms industry in certain parts of the country to make these weapons for Ukraine and our stockpiles? The narrative that it boosts economic growth is a lie btw.
