Ukraine never developed nuclear weapons in the past it only had ussr nukes but could not fire them even if they wanted 2 as Russia has all the command codes because that’s who the nukes belonged 2. If ukr does make nukes ukr will be destroyed as 2 dangerous for little nazis.
