@hyperion9613183 @GursztynPiotr @visegrad24 @KosiniakKamysz Hm. In 2014 Obama issued a ban on any Western weapons sales to Ukraine. So UA could not buy Western weapons. It did quite well rearming itself and came up with drones strategy. %GDP is a NATO metric. Less useful for others.
