Ukraine produces 50% of its arms (including 200k-300k fpv drones per mth which are its most effective weapons accounting for 70% of Russian casualties. The other 50% is split between US and Europe. Ukraine was able to sink a 3rd of Black Sea fleet and sideline rest on its own.
