So does that mean he will stop giving weapons to Israel. Afterall Israel pay the USA for the weapons they have used against the Palestinian people in Gaza. Or is it only Ukraine that he has a problem selling weapons to because they are being fired at his friend Putin.

Ukrainians cant understand why they cant buy weapons. After all everything is for sale in ukraine. But zelensky doesnt have 50 billion he wants the weapons and then never pay for them.
