No. Seems like the deal conditions the minerals on any further aid to Ukraine. For example, rebuilding or weapons aid. So the US wouldn’t have to join the war, but they can provide more aid in return for more rare earth minerals. We don’t have to fight.

Their not done yet. Will Install their choices for reconstruction. Break Ukraine up into pieces. Peace negotiations.. what negotiations. US still sending cash aid & weapons. It’s all been a ruse. Trump & Washington Greed is endless. We’ve been played.
