I think there are two different forms that need to be filled out – an eTicket for departing the DR and a Colombian equivalent for entering Colombia (?). It seems that most countries are using “e-tickets” these days.

@occamsrazor22 The thing I find most offensive is how the US exploits Ukraine and Israel while they sit back and supply no troops, just weapons, and parade. Literally doing nothing for their own allies except supply of weapons.
