Not at all.Switzerland is neutral.We do not export weapons to Russia or Ukraine. Neutrality has never meant neutrality of opinion. Rewarding an aggressor for a war of aggression is not neutral. It is cowardice and destroys the basis on which Switzerland depends: international law
