The West DID start this by organizing a Coup in 2014, flooding Ukraine with their stooges & chemical weapons factories with the plan to use Ukraine as a stepping stone to carve Russia up for their gain. Anything else reported about this is a lie.

Hopefully this cooperation doesn’t stop with drones, as Ukraine could also be a potential partner for rocketry and missile development for the Philippines, which needs longer ranged weapons to hit targets beyond 300km and bypass MTCR limits.
