So… No foreign weapons, support or alliances for Ukraine, but Russia, the aggressor, allowed to keep its 2.4m strong army, import as much kit as it likes from China and NK and prepare to attack again. Hmmm…I think I see why Ukraine might object to that.

ISW relies on everything Ukraine claims as being true. Given Ukraine has a penchant for lying about basically everything related to the war, no, ISW is not a “good analysis basis” (whatever that means). It’s a clown outfit run by people with stock in US weapons manufacturers.
