@RothJoshua54 @Osinttechnical Ukraine’s GUR acquired UH-60A Black Hawks via private purchases from US firms like Ace Aeronautics, using crowdfunding. These are ex-US Army helicopters sold on the civilian market, not direct aid. At least two are in service for special ops.
