@KurtSchlichter Seem to have forgotten that the USA was one of the signatories to the Budapest Memorandum, guaranteeing Ukraine’s security in return for giving up nuclear weapons. And now you wonder why there is scepticism in Europe over the value of any future security guarantees by Trump/USA!

@_Momologues_ @amuse @DevanaUkraine In 1994 the US signed an agreement, with Ukraine and Russia, to support Ukraine if it were ever invaded.
This was in return for Ukraine, then the 3rd largest nuclear power, handing over all nuclear weapons.
Ukraine did its part.
