I have an Office 365 (Small Business) licence and in this context a domain integrated (DMS) to create email addresses. This worked wonderfully with the first one and another email address (e.g. “******@mydomain.com”) also worked as a shared mailbox. But only for me.

My wife received a call form someone who had an “Eastern” accent, and said he was from “Windows”, and asked if she was at her Windows 10 computer. He told her the call was a hacking Alert, and that he could help her fix the problem. The call came from 1-542-368-9754.
