I’m guessing this is a problem with Word. I’ve been to every help site and run diagnostics, rebooted, changed settings in Word, changed settings in Outlook, changed settings in Explorer–nothing helps. The only advice I get are to delete the operating system or all of Office 365, which seems like a lot of work for something that isn’t guaranteed.
