U241E isn’t the part assembly number. It is more of an internal model code. The actual part assembly number is 30500-06020. This was superceded by 30510-33360-84 which replaces basically all U241E transmissions for US built cars. In adding to that, it looks like some 2004 Solara models have the U241E which is interchangeable. According to Toyota, the stamped vs raised U241 thing should not matter.
