The title (in his name) shows a lien, but the financing company had gone out of business and could not supply a lien release. I’ve run into this before, so I’m not bugged by it. Seller seems to be a stand up guy. Offered to drive the five hours to come get the bike if the title proves bad. Plus, he is a Sheriff Deputy.
