The new prime minister of the UK, Keir Starmer, has met the president of Ukraine on the margins of the Nato summit in Washington. Starmer told Volodymyr Zelenskiy that Britain’s support for Ukraine was still robust, adding ‘there’s a change of government but no change of approach’
