Maatregelen tuchtrecht – NIP
Als een tuchtklacht gegrond wordt verklaard kan een tuchtcollege van het NIP een maatregel opleggen aan de psycholoog. In het tuchtrecht wordt niet gesproken van een straf maar van een maatregel. Dat komt omdat een tuchtmaatregel geen strafmaatregel is maar correctie beoogt van professioneel gedrag om herhaling van onzorgvuldig handelen in de toekomst te voorkomen.
