What? No. Here is a real history lesson for you: When the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991, Ukraine became an independent nation which Russia recognised. Ukraine agreed to give up its nuclear weapons in exchange for Russia to respect Ukraine’s sovereignty. Russia broke that deal.
