Do we understand U.S. doesn’t send pallets of shrink-wrapped $100 bills to Ukraine? We only do that to Taliban & mullahs.
We send weapons, ammo, etc. made by US companies that then go to Congress to be paid for what they sent to Ukraine.
So if $ is missing, it’s missing here.
