One reason is we signed a treaty. Ukraine gave up nuclear weapons in exchange for protection from the U.S. U.K and Russia signed too (and we all know how that went).

Russia did not keep its agreement of the Budapest Memorandum where Ukraine gve up its nuclear weapons for sovereignity and Russia promised to leave it alone and the USA promised to defend the Ukraine. Given the circumstances, Ukraine deserves their weapons back. https://t.co/XcveGQF8Ay
