Ruth, I tend to agree with you on stuff, but am wondering why you think this is a bad idea. Other NATO countries have nuclear weapons. Ukraine had nuclear weapons, but they relinquished them in exchange for western assurances that Russia would not launch an assault against them.

I’m fairly certain the only nuclear weapons Trump would give Zelensky would obviate the need for Ukraine’s membership in Nato.
In fact, I’m pretty sure they would all but obviate Ukraine.

Ukraine can’t account for billions of US aid. Their government is corrupt. Can’t even imagine allowing that country to have nuclear weapons.
