Also, Ukraine needs to restart its nuclear weapons program.
They gave it away for protection and sovereign integrity.The US can take their troops out of the EU leased bases, and then everyone will/should create their boom sticks.

Failed state? They have held Russia off, Russia has had to call on NK for more troops, prisoners, elderly men and young boys. America hasn’t sent any money to Ukraine, but out of date weapons. If Ukraine isn’t at the table than there is no discussion.
