Military aid money is paid to America for weapons. We also offload our old weapons to Ukraine and pay Americans to replace them.
Just like international food aid pays American farmers for the food.

He famously refused a ride out of there when they were invaded and asked for weapons instead to fight! Against all odds and many assassination attempts he’s still fighting for Ukraine. Trump would have been on the first gold plated flight out of there

I would like to agree fully, but you surely will know, that everybody searched a way for cheap and easy disposal of mil. trash. – Send it to battlefield Ukraine or pay billions to scrap the old weapons ..
