All I know is that these cartels are extremely well armed and very dangerous, they possess weapons sold/given to them by Ukraine, Israel, the Afghanistan debacle, and our own treasonous agencies and military industrial complex… pray for our military about to engage them.

Europe’s weapons guarantees allow Ukraine to consider any U.S. resource extraction-for-security guarantees with actual long term lucrative progress – vs. enslavement – in mind. The extractor must provide troop security – much like it did for oil interests.
