3 years ago, Western leaders slow rolled military aid to Ukraine for fear long range weapons might be used deep inside Russia, sparking WW3 and the risk of tactical nukes.
Now they can’t ship them fast enough, even daring Ukraine to attack.

This would be understandable if Ukraine asked for American boots on the ground. But giving them weapons to soften up Russia is eminently reasonable, especially since those weapons were originally made to counter Russia anyway.
