The only way one might remotely consider this deal would be immediate membership with NATO, & massive provision of weapons with full rights of usage in self-defense.
Any “Russian uprisings” can be dealt with as revolutionary acts & terrorism.

Turkey ALWAYS supported that, it is their position since 2014 and remains unchanged.
Turkey openly sold weapons and warships to Ukraine without restrictions to use them for years before the russian invasion began.

It’s important for every American to own at least one AR-15!
But since Ukraine is at war, those weapons are probably best if they’re able to switch and fire full automatic, AR-15s cannot.
That means every American should own a real “weapon of war” like an M-16!

They had more than that two years ago and hundreds of billions in weapons and support and couldnt do it.
