You do know, Sarah, that the US vowed to provide security for Ukraine as part of the 1994 Trilateral Agreement, by which Ukraine agreed to give up its nuclear weapons. Ukraine kept the contract; we haven’t. We are in large part responsible for Ukraine’s weakened state.

They were on Russian soil until the USSR split. Then it was part of the agreement for them to be returned to Russian land for their sovereignty.
The nuclear weapons never belonged to Ukraine.

That money went to ammo manufacturers & it’s also the market cost of the old tanks & weapons we’re sending them, it’s not money handed to Ukraine,most stayed in the US for the ammo for the weapons we sent & they saved us bc we don’t have to pay to dispose of the old ones now
