The vast majority of aid for Ukraine was in the form of surplus military equipment gathering dust in storage. I am not sure how you think ammunition, weapons and tanks would have helped this.
Money wasn’t pulled out of other places to send to Ukraine.— Nao Sou (@NaoSouONight) March 5, 2025

TROLL–LYING TROLL–and probably Russian. The US has invested only around $183 billion for aid to Ukraine, much of which has remained in the US as the replacement costs of new weapons for our own stockpiles.

Do you realize that once upon a time the US, the UK, Canada, Europe etc. all had Ukraine agree to a treaty/pact to eliminate nuclear weapons in exchange for a security guarantee? It’s why school children don’t have to have air-raid drills and hide under desks.

Putin is being like any leader and try to get their people riled up for war. Ukraine had nuclear weapons and for them to give up the weapons they made a deal that Ukraine would not join nato. This was the real reason for putin used to get land access to Crimea.

Should Ukraine have maintained their stockpile of nuclear weapons rather than turn them over in 1994 in exchange for “protection” from Russia and the USA in the Trilateral agreement?
And now the Ukrainians have agreed to another deal – to be honored how long by Russia and USA?
