That’s partially true, but there is a betrayal. The U.S. & Britain promised to respect Ukraine’s territorial integrity in exchange for Ukraine giving up nuclear weapons. Obama betrayed them in 2014, Biden partially betrayed them by slow walking support, and Trump by delaying it.
