New House budget raises debt limit by 4 trillion, “paying” for the 2017 tax cuts, then cuts Medicaid and food stamps (which hurts farmers too) for another 4+ trillion tax cut for the wealthy. Military aid for Ukraine pays Americans for US weapons. Adds very little to the debt.

Talk is cheap. Now get your actions together. For starters, implement a no-fly zone in Ukraine and allow Ukraine the freedom to use weapons in whatever way it sees fit.
