When some of the weapons the U.S. has sent them are found on the black market & Zelensky complains that he “didn’t receive” almost half the money robbed from taxpayers to send to Ukraine, I’d say he’s in no position to bargain for anything.

The message should include our apology for our failure ten years ago and our continued failure to honor our commitments and obligations to defend Ukraine against any attack or invasion. They gave up their nuclear and strategic weapons for 10 years of death and destruction?

EU/US know about Russia’s source of income, but they deliberately ignore it, in reality many countries have no other choice for economic reasons. Currently Europe’s level of weapons and ammo production cannot be compared to Russia’s, therefore their aid to Ukraine is very little.
